I have decided to include a $5 fee per person what will be going to the charity, this MUST be paid, please do not try to avoid paying this, its not much money, and it goes straight into the charities money bin.

Fundraising for the Starlight Foundation

Note: 100% of the money raised WILL go to the charity Note: 100% of the money.

To ensure that all money raised does go to the chosen charity, my father will personally look after all aspects of the money, he is a practicing solicitor who owns his own law firm, he will guarantee that all money raised WILL be going to charity not the organisers pockets, he can be contacted on (02)49588889 (work number) for any questions

The chosen charity is going to be the Starlight Foundation, which I’m sure all you can agree is a great cause.
I'm anticipating a large number of Sponsors for this cruise, as it is a good cause. We will be conducting a raffle on the day, however if anyone out there can donate anything for the raffle, just PM and let me know.

Departure time
The time is set, Please be ready to a 8:30am SHARP departure, I will not be waiting for stragglers, so keep an eye on your watch, and at 8:30 be in your car ready to go, stop talking to your mates LOL

Lunch
I HAVE CANCELED THE BBQ, DUE TO LACK OF NUMBERS, PLEASE BRING YOUR LUNCH WITH YOU ON THE DAY
After lunch we will be running the raffle, so make sure you get heaps of tickets, as it does go to a good cause. Just remember you have to be in it to win it.

The Drive home

We will just take to easy way home, just turning left and heading towards Wilton, we will come out near the South Western Hwy, and then we will head towards Sydney, then we will split up accordingly

A Handheld UHF radio IS A MUST and available from Dicksmith Electronics for or so, it will come in very handy as well as a heap of fun listening to the gibberish that goes on during a cruise.


Remember the aim of the day is to get together for a great day, enjoying some good roads, however I want to make it clear "IT’S NOT A RACE", I want this day to go off uneventful, without problems, so take it easy, there will be lots of family’s there.
